Our integrated management system which incorporates ISO 9001 along with our prestigious accreditations gives confidence to our partners and clients.
Consul was founded in 1990 by Pat Connolly and Pat O’Brien, two chartered surveyors who specialised in the public sector namely local authorities and housing associations. Following the passing of Pat O’Brien in 2010, Pat Connolly continued as the sole Director.
In 2019, following the retirement of Pat Connolly, Daniel Ross, an employee of Consul for over 10 years was selected to succeed the practice. Daniel bought in Christopher Evans, a long term associate within the industry to partner the company, and together with Harry Spooner, a long term associate director, ensure Consul continue to exceed our clients expectations.
We are a friendly and approachable Practice that strives to form excellent working relationships with all our clients. This is demonstrated by the high level of repeat business we achieve and the number of new clients who come to us through recommendation. Our in-house culture is based on collaborative teamwork, gregorius communication and dynamic leadership; which creates for an efficient working environment for productivity and career development.
