Project Requirement & Process

Consul were appointed by Rendall & Rittner to prepare and provide floorplan drawings for the Premises Information Box. The building comprised of 7No floors and a basement car park with an atrium located in St Katherine Docks.

Consul arranged a suitable appointment to attend property and carry out a measured survey of the common parts of the building including service areas and emergency exits. Utilising this information, we were able to draft floor plan drawings of each floor of the property.

Survey Scope

To complete the survey, we arranged access with the concierge within a week of instruction in order to access all the relevant areas including service cupboards, staff areas and emergency exits of the building. Due to the size of the building, we arranged the survey to be undertaken by a team of two and that survey photos were taken to assist the Drawing process.

Result & Benefits to Our Client

Consul were able to arrange the measured survey within a week of instruction and were able to complete the drawings including a quality check within 2No weeks of the survey. This ensured the Client was able to obtain the required information for the Premises Information Box and remain complaint with the Building Safety Act and other relevant legislation.
